Tune it to your operation

Most of these you will set once during onboarding and revisit occasionally. They are worth understanding, because they quietly determine how noisy the system is and how well its reporting matches the way you actually organise work.

Alert Settings

Which events raise an alert, and who hears about them.

  1. Choose what is worth an alert

Turn on the events your operation actually acts on — a missed check-in matters everywhere, but not every organisation wants to be told about every out-of-zone blip.

  2. Set the recipients

Point each alert at the right people, so escalations reach a supervisor rather than filling an owner's inbox.

  3. Tune rather than mute

If alerts are being ignored, that is a configuration problem. Narrowing what is sent is better than letting the team learn to dismiss everything.

Decide what raises an alert, and who receives it.

States & Regions

The geography your sites are organised by, used throughout filtering and reporting.

  1. Enable the states you operate in

Only the regions you actually work in need to be active, which keeps every filter list short and usable.

  2. Use it downstream

State appears as a filter on the dashboard, the check-in log and reporting — so a regional manager can scope the whole product to their own patch.

Regions drive the state filters across the product.

Uniform Items

The catalogue behind the uniform check on the phone.

  1. Define the items

Whatever you list here is what the guard is asked about — shirt, trousers, cap, belt, shoes, and anything specific to your contracts.

  2. Keep the list short

The check works because it takes seconds. A long catalogue turns a habit into a chore and the quality of the reporting drops with it.

  3. See the results

What gets flagged against these items appears in Uniform Issues.

This list is what the app asks about.

Profile & Account

Your own account details, contact number and access.

  1. Keep your details current

Update your name, contact details and avatar. Your phone number matters more than it looks — it is used for verification and for reaching you when something escalates.

  2. Manage access

Change your password from here, and update the phone number used for one-time codes.

  3. Close an account

Account deletion is available from this screen for users who want to remove themselves.
